What Majors Autopost is
Majors Autopost is a private tool Cordell Majors uses to schedule and upload videos to YouTube channels that he, or the creators he works with, own. It isn't a public service. Nobody else can sign up, and it only acts on accounts whose owner signed in to it themselves.
What it accesses
When a channel owner signs in with Google, Majors Autopost asks for:
- YouTube: to upload that owner's videos and set their title, description, tags, thumbnail, captions, playlist and scheduled publish time; to read the channel's name and ID so it posts to the right channel; and to check whether a scheduled video has gone public.
- Google Drive, files this app creates only: to read and update the posting calendar spreadsheet the tool created. It can't see any other file in the owner's Drive.
It doesn't read comments, messages, analytics, subscribers or any other account data.
Where the data stays
- Sign-in tokens and activity logs are stored only on the computer that runs the tool.
- The posting calendar is a Google Sheet in the owner's own Google Drive.
- The videos are uploaded from that computer straight to YouTube.
No data is sent to any other server, sold, shared with anyone else, or used for advertising.
Google and YouTube policies
Majors Autopost uses YouTube API Services. By signing in, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

Removing access
You can remove Majors Autopost's access at any time from your Google account's third-party access page or from YouTube's security settings. If you ask, we delete your stored sign-in tokens and logs within 7 days.
